Terms and Conditions:

General:

1. Arrivals not earlier than 14h00. Departure no later than 10h00;

2. All rates include 14% VAT.

Bookings:

1. All communications must be confirmed by e-mail.

Payments:

1. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation;

2. Full payment required on arrival;

3. All remittances are payable in South African Rands.

Peak periods

1 December to 15 January, Easter Holiday Season, July Billabong Season.

Cancellation Policy

* Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, will not be subject to a cancellation fee;

* If cancelled between 60-30 days in advance, a 50 percent cancellation fee, will be charged;

* Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a full cancellation fee;

* Should management re-let the accommodation your deposit will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
